This study aims to understand the contributions of including Integrative and Complementary Practices in prenatal care. Thus, the research is a control group with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted in the Family Health Strategy (ESF) of the Municipality of Beberibe-CE, where the number of research participants was a total of eight (08) pregnant women. The data collected were organized and analyzed in thematic categories. Through each report of the analyzed pregnant women, the contributions of the integrative and complementary practices in Pre-Natal were perceived. The therapies used were the following: Reiki, meditation and massotherapy are therapies that provide well being, relieve the stresses and strains of everyday life, provide relaxation and changes in your physical and mental well being. With this, it is concluded that it is possible to include the integrative practices in the prenatal follow-up. Besides enlarging the areas of performance of the nursing, being a very promising branch, that is evolving and adapting to the realities of each area. |

Cette étude vise à comprendre les contributions de l'inclusion des pratiques intégratives et complémentaires dans les soins prénataux. Ainsi, la recherche est un groupe de contrôle avec une approche qualitative. L'étude a été menée dans le cadre de la stratégie de santé familiale (ESF) de la municipalité de Beberibe-CE, où le nombre de participants à la recherche était de huit (08) femmes enceintes au total. Les données recueillies ont été organisées et analysées par catégories thématiques. A travers chaque rapport des femmes enceintes analysées, les contributions des pratiques intégratives et complémentaires en matière de prénatal ont été perçues. Les thérapies utilisées sont les suivantes : Le reiki, la méditation et la massothérapie sont des thérapies qui procurent du bien-être, soulagent le stress et les tensions de la vie quotidienne, procurent une détente et des changements dans votre bien-être physique et mental. On en conclut qu'il est possible d'inclure des pratiques intégratives dans les soins prénataux. En plus d'étendre les domaines des soins infirmiers, c'est une branche très prometteuse, qui évolue et s'adapte aux réalités de chaque domaine. |
